Role Description
This is a flexible, hybrid Therapist role based in North Chicago area. The Therapist will provide individual sessions to clients, conduct assessments to tailor treatment plans, and maintain detailed records of client progress. Responsibilities also include: develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans, maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation, participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, collaborate with therapists and healthcare professionals to provide holistic, client-centered care, stay current with best practices and emerging mental health research, and contributing to a positive and client-centered therapeutic environment. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all ethical and professional standards.

maintain availability of 25+ hours per week
expected caseload of at least 20 clients per week
part-time
maintain availability of 15 hours per week
expected caseload of 10–12 clients per week
Qualifications
Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions and creating personalized treatment plans
Strong skills in active listening, empathy, and building therapeutic relationships
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
Active Illinois licensure as an LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Availability for 1–2 weeknights and one weekend day
Preference for at least two in-person days per week
Basic computer skills and comfort using technology (Google Docs, SimplePractice)
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private work-from-home environment for virtual days
