Jacqueline Westin, LCSW
Hi, I’m Jacqueline! I’m a clinical social worker and I became a therapist to help others create a meaningful life and provide support in making positive life changes.
I strongly believe with the right tools and resources, we can cultivate a life we love. Through life's winding paths, obstacles, and barriers that can often make us feel overwhelmed and stuck I seek to help others find a way forward, step by step. In a safe and non-judgment space, I will help you find the strength and courage to move towards your ideal.
Here you can breathe and experience unconditional acceptance. This space allows for positive reflection to help you progress and grow incrementally toward living the life you want to lead. I look forward to being a part of each step along the way and having the privilege of witnessing your personal transformation.
When I work with clients, I incorporate your strengths throughout our sessions to encourage you to pursue positive growth.
This allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your internal thoughts and behaviors and how they contribute to who you are.
With the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, we will create the tools needed to cope with life stressors, understand your past experiences, and feel more confident in your ability to pursue a more fulfilling future.

A modern psychodynamic approach to therapy
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the healing process. A strong, trusting connection between therapist and client lays the foundation for growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I draw from several therapeutic modalities, with a primary focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through parts work, we gently explore the different aspects of your internal world—helping you connect with your authentic self and better understand the parts that have developed in response to life’s challenges. This process fosters self-compassion and allows for the unburdening of protective or wounded parts, creating space for greater clarity, connection, and emotional freedom.
